Does This Sound Familiar?

  • I feel tired, but I'm wired. I want to feel like I am energized and at-ease.
  • I used to feel like I had a sense of purpose and meaning. Now I just have chores. I want to feel like I'm connected to something larger than myself (but without having to drink kool-aide).
  • Sometimes I feel like I am surrounded by people, but I still feel really lonely. I want to feel like I can be completely myself whether I am alone or in the company of others.
  • I used to engage in creative pursuits. But lately, I feel like I don't have any creative juice left. I want to get my creative juju back.
  • Food has been my one source of comfort, but I know it's causing problems with my health. But how can you ask me to give up the one reliable source of joy and eat nothing but chicken and broccoli?
  • I want to feel like I am growing as a person. I know growth is important. But I just don't have the energy. It's hard enough to just keep the wheels running.
  • I wish I could get out and exercise more. I know I should. But who has the time?
  • I would love to feel genuine pleasure and be able to just PLAY. But even when I try, I usually just feel guilty. And then I have a longer list of crap I need to get done as soon as I come back to my "real life."
  • If you gave me a whole week off, I think I would just spend it in bed. I'm so exhausted.

Program Description:

In this 9-month program, we take health and wellbeing out of the clinic and into the playground.
